Refund policy

I truly hope you love your purchase as much as I’ve enjoyed making it. However, if the item isn’t quite right for you, it can be returned or exchanged.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 28 days of receipt.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

Please contact me at info@astroalbatross.co.uk to arrange your return. I will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked service.



Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order and contact me as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 
Custom and personalised garments cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges

 
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact me to check availability at info@astroalbatross.co.uk

 

Refunds

 
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
