Shipping and Returns

Dispatched from the United Kingdom. 

Ready-to-ship garments are dispatched within 4 business days of payment confirmation. Custom-made garments are made to order, and production times vary—please allow up to 4 weeks before dispatch.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail using their tracked 24 service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey on the Royal Mail website.

UK deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Astro Albatross cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

At the moment, I only ship within Great Britain. However, international customers might choose to use a parcel forwarding service to receive their orders.

Returns & exchanges accepted within 28 days

I truly hope you love your purchase as much as I’ve enjoyed making it. However, if the item isn’t quite right for you, it can be returned or exchanged.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. I recommend using a tracked service. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
